Tender description

The HSE wishes to establish a National Framework Agreement for the provision Cardiology Products for both Paediatric and Adult Service Users. The Framework Agreement will be available to: (i) The HSE and any publicly funded organisation or agency providing health care in the Republic of Ireland; (ii) Any other Public Sector Body (including but not limited to: (a) All Central Government Departments and bodies under their aegis, (b) Local Authorities, and (c) Non-commercial Semi-State Organisations; and (iii) Any Private Sector Body providing services to a Public Sector Body where it is deemed appropriate by that Public Sector Body that the Private Sector Body should use this framework.
