Tender description

Oxford City Council Highways and Engineering department maintains a number of carriageways, foot-ways and cycleways across the city encompassing sign manufacturing and installation, road marking and line painting, resurfacing and paving services, drainage and jetter services, winter maintenance service and general civil engineering works. In order to ensure work-load deadlines are met, Direct Services need to procure the supply of NRSWA qualified labour to supplement its own workforce and operated plant and non-operated plant.
