Tender description

The Big Lottery Fund has invested 30 000 000 GBP in 59 local area partnerships across England to focus on supporting people to move on from hardship crisis (Help Through Crisis Programme (HTC)). The Programme's overall aims are to better enable those people experiencing, or at high risk of experiencing, hardship crisis to move on and avoid being in this situation in the future. By hardship crisis we mean people having a lack of basic needs (for example, those things necessary to sustain life, including clean water, shelter, food and health care).
