NHS England (North) Yorkshire and Humber are accountable for the provision of local GP practice services in the North Yorkshire and Humber area. Under the co-commissioning arrangements CCGs have delegated responsibility and together with NHS England have commissioned a APMS service to be delivered from Weelsby View Health Centre, Ladysmith Road, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire DN32 9SW. This service will deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to the registered patients of the practice. NHS England (North) Yorkshire, and Humber have commissioned an APMS contract to be delivered from Weelsby View Health Centre Ladysmith Road, Grimsby, DN32 9SW. The basic principles of the Open Procurement route was followed for this procurement to test the capacity, capability, and technical competence of tenderers in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This service will deliver essential, additional and enhanced services to the registered patients of this practice. Core Service Payment for the registered service is 85.13 GBP per registered patient and the weighted list size as of 1.1.2016 was 3 902 patients. The T&C's of this service, including tariff arrangements, reflect those contained in Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contracts.
