Haulage, Processing, Sorting and Sale of Co-mingled Dry Recycling Materials

Tender description

This contract is for the haulage, processing, sorting and sale of co-mingled dry recycling materials collected by Tewkesbury Borough Council from approx. 39000 households. The dry recyclables collected include, but are not limited to, paper, card, cardboard, aluminium and steel cans, mixed glass, cartons, mixed household plastics and plastic bottles. The same materials are also collected from bring bank sites across the borough. This contract requires: The haulage of co-mingled dry recyclables to a processing facility The processing of the co-mingled dry recycleable materials including the onward sale of processed recyclables to suitable end markets.
