Tender description

Oxfordshire County Council has a requirement for Arboricultural Services. There are over 2500 miles of public highway infrastructure within Oxfordshire, much of which is tree lined. To enable the County Council to undertake remedial tree works (that form part of its statutory responsibilities as both the Local Highways Authority and a property owner/manager) in a competent and safe manner, the County Council requires a number of specialist and non-specialist contractors to assist with the delivery of tree works that are identified by the County Council’s Tree Team. The County Council's requirements are separated into two Lots: Lot 1 - Specialist Arboricultural Works Lot 2 - Non-specialist Arboricultural Works Framework duration will be four years structured as an initial two year period with an option for the County Council to extend for a further two one-year periods.
