Tender description
The Authority is looking to establish a direct award framework agreement in order to facilitate the purchase of an Accounts Payable Software Solution. The ambition of this framework agreement is that it will be made available to all public sector organisations within the UK. The intention is for the framework to operate for a 6 year period. It is intended to run this Procurement activity through on Open Procedure and to evaluate on a price and quality basis with the intention to focus on quality. All documents will be made available electronically through YORtender the E-tendering system.
