Tender description

Tenders are invited for the supply of electronic business information/market research databases for The Market Research Centre (MRC) of Enterprise Ireland (EI). EI staff and clients require up to date published multi-sectoral global research, company lists, profiles and financial reports, economic reports on countries and full text and archive of trade journals. The role of the Market Research Centre is to provide EI client companies with the market intelligence needed to grow jobs and exports. The tender is divided into 17 separate lots — please refer to the OJEU notice for details and the tender documents available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie for full information. Lot 1 — Access to Financial Intelligence on companies globally. Lot 2 — Access to copies of Irish and UK Company Records (as lodged with Companies Registration Office, Ireland and Companies House, UK). Lot 3 — Access to Financial Analysis and Ranking of registered companies by UK industry sector. Lot 4 — Access to Multi sector market research reports for global retail and consumer environments. Lot 5 — Access to global market research reports for Lifesciences, Cleantech/Energy, Engineering, Electronics. Lot 6 — Access to global market research reports on Healthcare and Lifesciences. Lot 7 — Access to market research reports on ICT, Mobile Communications, Software Applications, Financial Services Software, e-Learning, Digital Media and related areas including IT and Business Technology, Strategy, Marketing, Forecasting, Social Media, Cloud Computing, etc. Lot 8 — Access to market research reports on the UK construction and building industry. Lot 9 — Access to trade journals (full text and archive) for sectors covered in Lots 4-8, which are; Lot 4 — Access to Multi sector market research reports for global retail and consumer environments; Lot 5 — Access to global market research reports for Lifesciences, Cleantech/Energy, Engineering, Electronics; Lot 6 — Access to global market research reports on Healthcare and Lifesciences; Lot 7 — Access to market research reports on the global ICT sector; Lot 8 — Access to market research reports on the UK construction and building industry. Lot 10 — Access to full text journals (specifically on management and current business issues plus retail sector) in addition to profiles of countries, companies and industry sectors worldwide. Lot 11 — Access to in-depth market research reports on global sectors, e.g. semiconductors, nanotechnology, water treatment, sensors, instrumentation and renewable systems. Lot 12 — Access to global Medical Device reports, statistics and news. Lot 13 — Access to global Airline Information. Lot 14 — Access to Market Research Reports on the Global Travel Sector. Lot 15 — Access to Market Research Reports, Company Profiles and Statistics on the Global Telecommunications Sector. Lot 16 — Access to Company and Distributor Information on Companies Globally. Lot 17 — Access to Global Market Profiles to include SWOT/PESTLE analysis plus market research reports on the banking and insurance sector, the retail sector and the consumer packaged goods sector.
