Tender description

Provision of a viability consultancy service for New Forest District Council (NFDC) covering the commencement (appointment) through to closure of the Local Plan and CIL examination during 2016 and 2017. New Forest District Council (NFDC) are carrying out this procurement exercise to identify, select and award a contract to a single Consultancy who satisfies the Councils selection criteria and has submitted a compliant bid under this tender exercise. The outcome contract will be awarded for the period covering the commencement of the local plan (appointment) through to closure of the Local Plan and CIL examination during expected to be 2017 or within a period of 3 years, whichever is the sooner. The likely programme of works is set out in Appendix B. Tenderers must fully meet (or exceed) the specification set out in Appendix B of this eITT.
