As part of its current Development Strategy, Southern Housing Group (SHG) (the "Authority") is looking to develop approximately 3 500 units for an estimated value of 631 000 000 GBP. Majority of units developed will be flats/apartments, with a large proportion of 1 and 2-bed homes. Shared ownership and Private Rented Sector (PRS) will be priority tenures, although we will continue to deliver some homes for affordable rent and open market sale and we will consider starter homes where appropriate. SHG wishes to establish a framework for Technical and construction advisory services to work directly with in house project managers delivering construction projects. We are looking for a combination of specialist and multi-disciplinary practices covering: — Employers Agents. Essential priced options required: Principal Designer, Site Inspector (Clerk of Works), Quantity Surveyor. Non-essential priced option: Construction Manager. — Architects. Essential priced option required: Principal Designer. This PIN is issued by SHG to commence a Soft Market Test (SMT) exercise to find out from the market how best to deliver its Technical and construction advisory services Framework. The SMT will cover contract packaging, delivery models, forms of contract, social value and innovation. Any organisation or group of organisations acting in a consortium may participate in the SMT on the basis that they would be able to provide all of the required services. Number of attendees will be limited and therefore SHG is not able to guarantee that everyone who submits a request will be invited to attend.
