Coastline Services Ltd: Mini-competition for Materials Supply Via the Cirrus Consortium Framework

Tender description

Coastline Services offers a variety of property and grounds maintenance services to private and commercial clients. It is owned by Coastline Housing, a not for profit company registered with the Social Housing Regulator and the Charity Commission. Coastline Services has undertaken a mini-competition, as detailed in Regulation 33 of the UK statutory instrument Public Contracts Regulations 2015 #102, under the Cirrus Consortium Materials Framework 4th edition. Coastline Services will engage with a single main merchant for the supply of a range of building materials through an existing branch (or branches). The service will be used primarily by Coastline Services and is available for use by any other part or subsidiary of Coastline Housing Limited (both current and future) as required. The successful merchant will supply materials for work that will be carried out within the county of Cornwall. There is potential for this to widen into Devon during the life of the contract. There are two 12 month/annual extensions available following the initial 3 year (36 month) contract period. These options therefore allow for a total contract duration of 5 years (60 months). For the purpose of this contract award notice, the contract duration and contract value is based on 5 years.
