Care and Support Service for Extra Care Housing - Watchfactory Prescot

Tender description

This RFQ is following on from the award of the Extra Care Housing Care and Support Framework Agreement and your company being included on the framework. The main specification for the delivery of this contract is detailed in the framework agreement and will apply to this contract and it should be read in conjunction with this RFQ. This contract is for the care & support required in the 70 unit scheme at The Watchfactory Albany Road, Prescot, L34 2SD which consists of 1 and 2 bedroom properties on three levels; 54 rented apartments, 10 bungalows and 6 Shared Ownership bungalows. The properties are owned by Knowsley Housing Trust (KHT) and the tenants have tenancy agreements with KHT. The scheme is due to be completed by 3rd November 2016 and will have an outside courtyard on top of facilities including a bistro, kitchen, dining room, lounge, salon, treatment room, hobby room, guest suite for visitors, assisted bathroom and laundry facilities.
