Tender description
Residential Car Park A residential car park is to be constructed as part of the project. The car park will hold approximately 175 car park spaces; which will include accessible parking bays, electric car charging bays, motorcycle parking and covered bicycle shelter. Construction will include the car park area which will incorporate SUDS drainage features in alignment with the overarching SUDS strategy for the University campus. Installation of column lighting, bollard lighting, CCTV, ANPR barrier system will also be part of the car park specification; together with soft and hard landscaping. The area of construction will be brownfield site.
