Tender description

Bracknell Forest Homes is seeking to engage a consultant or company to support the association in its transformation project, specifically to deliver a comprehensive process mapping, redesign and implementation project across most of the Association’s activities and processes in pursuit of greater efficiencies, increased capacity and improved performance. The commission will focus on processes, systems and procedures to identify duplication, inefficiencies or anomalies and to consider alternative processes that are more efficient, that increase productivity and contribute to improved services and performance across the association. Particular focus is on automation and reducing the level of manual, transactional work undertaken by staff where possible, as well as considering headcount reduction.It will not consider reporting or analytics of the association’s data, or skills and capability mapping.
