Tender description

The works consist of completing the project following the existing contractor becoming insolvent. The project has 7 houses and one bungalow. The properties are substantial complete. They are plastered out with kitchens substantially complete. They require 2nd fix joinery. The Electrical work is substantially complete. The Mechanical work has been 1st fixed but all boilers radiators for fitting have been removed. Externally the drainage around the houses has been completed but connections to main sewer have to be carried out. The external works are only partially complete. The contractor will be required to complete the works, organise statutory connections, deliver statutory approvals, test certificated, road adoption, H&S File information and to take responsibility for the whole development through the defects period.
