Tender description

Following a review of services South Gloucestershire Council has decided to create to a county wide generic housing related support service. The Council is therefore seeking a single provider, partnership or consortium able to deliver high quality housing related support to individuals and groups from all client groups in both traditional and innovative ways. South Gloucestershire Council seek expressions of interest from Organisations who have a proven track record in providing Housing Related support. Following a review of services South Gloucestershire Council has decided to create to a county wide generic housing related support service. The Council is therefore seeking a single provider, partnership or consortium able to deliver high quality housing related support to individuals and groups from all client groups in both traditional and innovative ways. South Gloucestershire Council seek expressions of interest from Organisations who have a proven track record in providing Housing Related support. The contract is for the provision of a county wide Housing Related Support Service, provided on a floating support basis, which will commence on 9.1.2017. The contract is for 51 months with an optional extension clause of 24 months subject to performance and funding. The Council has agreed funding of 355 000 GBP per annum for this contract. Interested parties should note that TUPE will apply to this contract.
