Tender description

This tender opportunity is for the separate supply of domestic External Doors and Window Units to support the Authorities' maintenance programmes in respect of the Scottish Housing Quality Standard, as well as new build social housing. The contract will be divided into 2 Lots: Lot 1 — External Doors — to appoint a single supplier for the sole supply of external doors and associated products. Lot 2 — Window Units — to appoint 3 suppliers from which subsequent call-offs will be appointed by spot purchases or further competition (mini-competitions). It is the intention of the Authority to assess and award each Lot individually based on the combined Technical and Commercial scores. Full details are provided within the attached documentation.
