Tender description

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint a provider of dog kennelling services to cater for the shelter and care of stray dogs within the borough. The contract shall commence on the 3rd October 2016 for a period of three years and may, at the Council’s discretion, be extended for a further period of 12 months. The Council will require 4 kennels for its sole use but, from time to time, may require the use of additional kennels as dictated by business need. The successful contractor must be able to provide the council with access to the kennels 24 hours per day.
