TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF DOG KENNELLING SERVICES

Tender description

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint a provider of dog kennelling services to cater for the shelter and care of stray dogs within the borough. The contract shall commence on the 3rd October 2016 for a period of three years and may, at the Council’s discretion, be extended for a further period of 12 months. The Council will require 4 kennels for its sole use but, from time to time, may require the use of additional kennels as dictated by business need. The successful contractor must be able to provide the council with access to the kennels 24 hours per day. The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers’ Responses, will be conducted via the ProContract system, which can be accessed using the following link: http://sebp.due-north.com Please note expressions of interest must be registered before 11:0:00 Monday 5th September 2016. Completed tenders and supporting information should be returned no later than 12:00:00 on Monday 5th September 2016.
