Tender description

Midlothian Council wishes to implement a scalable Home Care solution within its Health and Social Care service. The full requirements are laid out in the Technical Requirements, detailed in the technical envelope. The successful Tenderer shall: — Install and set-up the system; — Integrate with core council systems; — Use their knowledge of best practice to target key areas for delivering efficiency savings; — Work with Midlothian staff in embedding the system within the Home Care and Social Care teams; — Provide Midlothian with the expertise to roll the system out across the Council. — Provide documentation covering: — -Technical Set-up; — -System manuals; — -Process / work-flow documents; — -Support processes.
