Sales Consultancy - High Stakesby Road, Whitby

Thirteen Group seek a sales consultancy (the “service provider”) to deliver a sales service on a new development located at High Stakesby Road, Whitby which will exciting new development in the northern outskirts of this popular seaside town. The service provider will be expected to provide an onsite sales presence to deliver sales “end to end” in addition to sales management support to manage a sales pipeline and to implement the marketing strategy with and for Thirteen Group (“The Group”). The site is due to start construction in the coming months with the first completions due in March and April 2018. The last completions will be March 2020. There are 190 homes on The Groups site including 2 bedroom bungalows and houses and 3 and 4 bed houses. 119 will be for home ownership with delivery expected of 40 units per year. The main contractor is Kier who are contracted from the development company, S Harrison Developments Limited and the homes will be provided with a defects liability period as well as a NHBC or similar warranty. S Harrison Developments Limited will complete the final part of the development towards the end of The Groups programme. Three properties have been identified as a sales centre and these will be completed at the very start of the build. Property values are anticipated to be in the region of £145,000 for a 2 bed house, £172,500 for a 3 bed house, £195,000 for a 4 bed house and £160,000 for a 2 bed bungalow.
