Tender description

Harrogate Borough Council wishes to refurbish the public toilets sited at Stray Ponds, Knaresborough Road, Harrogate and Library Gardens, James Street, Harrogate. We will be seeking a contractor that can undertake the project on a design and build basis and ideally with expertise in this area of works. In the first instance the Council wish to receive expressions of interest to take forward for shortlisting to invite to tender.
