Tender description

The Commissioners for Public Works in Ireland is seeking a Services Contract for the provision of Temporary Event Accommodation Structures to include Marquees, Prefabs/Portable Cabins and Temporary Toilets, for various events of National and State importance including but not limited to the Decade of Centenaries. Many of the Decade of Centenaries Events are listed on the www.ireland.ie website, which is updated regularly, however, there are likely to be other events in addition to those listed. This public procurement competition (‘Competition’) relates to the provision of Temporary Event Accommodation Structures to include Marquees, Prefabs/Portable Cabins and Temporary Toilets for various events of National and State importance including but not limited to the Decade of Centenaries. Many of the Decade of Centenaries Events are listed on the www.ireland.ie website, which is updated regularly, however, there are likely to be other events in addition to those listed. Several of the National Events for which these services are required are listed in Appendix 1 and in particular items 24-27.
