The fence booms must have the option of deployment from a dockside and towed to the scene of a spill or deployment from a vessel at sea. The maximum towing capability of the fence booms must be stated. The number of personnel needed for this action and an estimated deployment timescale are required. The contractor must include full details of the warranty on the tendered equipment including the period of cover and also explain if in-house maintenance affects the warranty terms.
