Northumberland County Council are re-commissioning the substance misuse treatment service. We are in the process of consulting with a range of partners, service providers and service users in the design of the service model. The purpose of this document is to provide prospective providers a brief background to the substance misuse treatment system and to seek their views on key elements of the future model.
