LMH are looking to source a supplier to provide buffet style catering for up to 70 people to contain a selection of finger foods, to include delivery and layout of the food. The service will be delivered at : Time: 10.30am, The Lord Mayor to arrive at 11.30, food to be served at 12) China plates and crockery for Ten (10) people and paper/plastic for the remaining sixty (60) • Fish options should be varied in terms of variety and cooking medium.
