Tender description

The purpose of this process is the re-procurement of an existing outsourced Hard FM Service to improve quality of service provided and reduce costs. -- Re-procurement of an existing outsourced Hard FM Service to improve quality and reduce costs where ever possible; -- Contracts have expired and the Authority intend to consolidate contracts wherever possible; -- Streamline reactive Maintenance, minor works and charging processes. The Operation and Maintenance of all aspects of the Facilities, including Estates and Engineering Plant, Buildings and Equipment.  This service shall include a fully planned and reactive maintenance service: Statutory and Mandatory tests and inspections and related duties; --? A Helpdesk facility -- Support to the Authority in all monitoring and reporting on all Authority Estates and Engineering services where required for NHS, Department of Health and other authorised bodies; -- The Management and Maintenance of all Utilities services infrastructure. Bidders should note that the Authority has engaged Tenwell Finance Ltd, trading as Ecovate to undertake the end to end management of the procurement process and potentially the project management of the subsequent processes for and on behalf of the Authority.
