Tender description

The Drawing Update Service (DUS) sits within the Plant Facing Design Office (PFDO) work portfolio and is intended to support Sellafield Limited in updating drawings for Plant Modification Proposal (PMP) and Red Line Drawing Control Form (RDCF) close outs, and provide modifications to existing plant drawings. The DUS is looking to strengthen its ability to act as an intelligent client for all areas of the business by modifying drawings that have been created using alternative design software tools such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) packages, for example, Autodesk's Revit. Due to limited word counts more information can be found in the attached documents of this PIN for the scope of each of the 3 lots. Lot 1 — Drawing Updates for Plant Modification Proposal (PMP) and Red line Drawing Control Form (RDCF) Close-out. Lot 2 — Drawing Modification/Tracing Service. Lot 3 — Alternative Design Tools and Specialised Services. Sellafield Limited will be holding a Market Engagement Day for the Drawing Update Service Procurement on Wednesday 17.8.2016 at Sellafield Ltd, The Calder Suite, B111 Training Centre, Sellafield, Seascale, Cumbria, CA20 1PG. The timings for the session will be 10:30 am start, finishing at 2:30 pm. If there are any changes to the arrangements, a message will be sent via Sellafield Limited's Complete Tender Management system outlining the change.
