PHE_Scientific_ Supply of Harshaw compatible TLD and Extremity cards (3 Lots)

Tender description

Public Health England (PHE) also referred to as the 'Authority' is looking to appoint a contractor for the supply of the following lots Lot 1- Supply of Thermoluminescence Dosimetry (TLD) Body Cards and associated consumables compatible with Harshaw Card Readers. (ITT 2007) Lot 2- Supply of DXT-RAD Extremity Dosimeters and associated accessories compatible with Harshaw 8800 Readers. (ITT 2213) Lot 3- Supply of EXT-RAD Extremity Thermoluminescence Dosimetry (TLD) Body Cards and associated accessories compatible with Harshaw 8800 Readers (ITT 2214) We expect to award a contract for a period of 3 years with 2 possible extensions of 12 months each (3+1+1). Please note: PHE reserves the right to source a percentage of the items from the second placed supplier if necessary. This is to ensure that a continuous supply is available at all times.
