Integrated Urgent Care (NHS 111) Service in Milton Keynes

Tender description

NHS Milton Keynes CCG is seeking to procure an Integrated Urgent Care service for the population of Milton Keynes. The service will receive telephone calls via the 111 number and triage those calls using a Clinical Decision Support System. Where appropriate, callers will be warm transferred to a clinician who may either be based within the Integrated Urgent Care Service or an external provider as part of a virtual Clinical Hub. The outcome of the calls will be one of the following: • Auto Despatch of an Ambulance • Signposting to an appropriate service • The booking of an appointment with an appropriate service • Advice and guidance given to enable self-care • Appropriate information given Documentation is available on the Bravosolution portal at: https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html
