Tender description
Blackpool Council, Leisure Services operate three large leisure facilities providing a range of sport, health and leisure activities for local residents. The facilities attract 1 million visits each year across the three Leisure Centres. We are looking to enter into a 2 year contract with a supplier based on a fully maintained, income share arrangement that meets the needs of the service.
