Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installation work

Tender description

The Authority will be inviting suppliers to express an interest in the provision of Servicing, Maintenance of its Heating, Air conditioning, ventilation and water systems. The Contract will comprise of planned/programme servicing and maintenance work, repairs of the heating Air conditioning, ventilation and water systems on each site to ensure operational reliability. This will either be on a routine or call-out basis. Contractors will be required to provide a Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 for service and a 24hr 365 days per annum call out facility for urgent repairs.
