Tender description

This is a contract to deliver a floating support service to older persons living within Torfaen county borough. The service will provide housing related support that enables older people, aged 50 plus, to maintain or lead independent lives within their community. The service user's level of need will vary and therefore the support delivered will need to be flexible to meet the assessed level of need. The service will be expected to initially deliver 450 units of support. Provision of an older persons floating support service delivering Housing Related support.
