Tender description

UCLPartners Procurement Service, on behalf of Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, wishes to procure a MRI scan service for patients under the age of 18 years. Estimated volumes are approximately 100 patients per annum, although this may be subject to change if demand increases. Contract length will be for a period of 3 years with the possibility of 2 x 12 month extension periods. The go-live date will be 16.12.2016. Any bidder tendering for this contract must provide details of their Paediatric facilities including information about dedicated staff roles and how often they facilitate Paediatric GA sessions per week. Each institution tendering for this contract will be required to provide the following specimen scans for evaluation by MEH Consultant Neuroradiologists; Brain and Orbits with and without GAD for patient's aged 0-2 years, 3-8 years and 8 years and above. Details of radiographer competencies and image quality controls will also need to be provided.
