Formation of Lakeside S136 suite

West London Mental Health NHS Trust is looking for a supplier to entail the formation of a S136 suite within an existing room in an occupied mental health in-patient ward. This suite consists of 2 on-suite bedrooms and an observation room. Structural works are required to re-position a corridor wall enabling new doors to open outwards whilst maintaining the means of escape.
