Tender description

The successful bidder will meet the required standards for a range of services: Inspection; Repair; Replacement; Fire stopping (of frames); Reactive works; Emergency reactive (out of normal hours); The supplier must be able to respond to service requests for the areas of work for which they have priced. During the life of the contract, the Trust may directly award business to the term contractor. The Trust gives no indicative value of the amount of Works that will be issued under the Contract. The winning bidder will be the Trust's preferred supplier to undertake works as agreed. However, there will be occasions when the Trust will require emergency works or will need to bring works forward. If the preferred supplier is unable to provide the required works, the Trust may wish to engage the services of an additional company listed on the NHS Approved Contractor list.
