Tender description

The objective of this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process is to produce a short-list of suitably qualified companies who will be invited to tender for the provision of specialist consultancy services as required for Transmission projects. This document provides a description of SONI’s requirements for this contract as well as details of the products/services we wish to procure. It also provides information about the selection procedure. Candidates are invited to submit a qualification application for inclusion on the tender list for one or more of the applicable Lots in accordance with this document. SONI envisages qualifying between five and ten Candidates per Lot from this pre- qualification process, subject to the quality of responses received. Candidates who successfully qualify for one or more of the following Lots will be invited to submit a tender proposal for said Lot(s). The framework agreement period will be for three years months with an option to extend annually for another year, subject always to the satisfactory performance of each member
