Disposable gloves

Tender description

Hertfordshire County Council (the ‘Council’) has led on a procurement from suitably experienced and competent organisations who wished to pre-qualify onto its Dynamic Purchasing System (‘DPS’) for the supply of Disposable Gloves. This award notice relates to the first competition held under the Dynamic Purchasing System. The estimated aggregate annual joint spend for the Council and the participating authorities on these Disposable Gloves is presently circa 520 000 GBP per annum; however, the estimated annual range is between 500 000 GBP to 1 200 000 GBP. The DPS will be in place for a core period of 1 year unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this DPS or subject to extension(s) at the Council's sole discretion of a further period of up to 2 years. Please note that the DPS requirements will be subject to available financial resources, supplier performance and flexibility to meet changing demands. The current participating members are Hertfordshire County Council, Hampshire County Council and ESPO. Details of the current participating member authorities' requirements for delivery of the supplies will be stated in the procurement documents accordingly. No guarantee can be given as to the exact amount of business which may result from future competitions undertaken under this DPS.
