Tender description

Project Description The project involves demolition, clearance and alterations as follows;  General clearing of area to soften appearance.  Removal, decommissioning and disposal of existing structures.  The demolishing of the main pedestrian entrance hydraulic slider door, including the timber panelling and the turnstile in the entrance search areas.  Take down and dispose of razor wire as identified in the attached Volume C pricing document.  Take down and salvage 2nr flag poles and 7nr flood light and strobe light enclosures.  Apply anti-fungal spray to existing wall south part of the east elevation.  Surface paving, fencing and landscaping as identified in attached Volume C pricing document.
