Tender description
Framework has been awarded £4.634m worth of funding to lead a partnership of 31 organisations to deliver a Big Lottery Fund/ESF Building Better Opportunities programme to support people with multiple and complex needs in the D2N2 LEP area (Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire). The participants in the programme will be living with two or more of the following conditions: homelessness, an enduring mental health condition, a history of offending, an issue with drugs or alcohol, or domestic violence. An opportunity has arisen for an agency with the appropriate skills and expertise to join the partnership to deliver involvement, empowerment and advocacy services in support of programme participants. The successful bidder will join the partnership to work partners and participants across the D2N2 area during the three year period beginning 1st October 2016.
