Tender description
The contract we are tendering is to provide an outreach service for rough sleepers, with a view to minimizing the number of people who sleep on the streets of Ealing Borough. Ealing is a diverse west London borough, with pockets of deprivation and a high number of rough sleepers, relative to its size and location. It has the 7th highest rough sleeping issue of all London Boroughs and about two-thirds of our rough sleepers are non-UKcitizens who are not able to access public funds. We are looking for a provider who can demonstrate a clearability to find solutions which move rough sleepers off the streets.
