A mapping system is being procured for the Environmental Shared Service and parking Services for the Royal Borough Kingston Upon Thames and the London Borough of Sutton. In order to fully implement and the Software Solution Consultancy Services are required. Currently there is no traffic management order mapping system in place in either borough.
