It includes, heating programmes, roofing programmes, major refurbishment. The annual value of Lot will vary as low as 30 000 GBP per annum to over 1 000 000 GBP per annum. Adaptation of bathrooms to wet rooms. Installation of planned bathroom replacements. Responsive glazing repairs. Damp Proof Course works to domestic dwellings. Responsive drain clearance and associated ground-works. Installation and repairs to drives and pathways including concrete, paving and macadam. Responsive electrical repairs and planned installations to domestic dwellings. Maintaining and erecting fencing to domestic and communal areas. Provision of 24 locksmith service to domestic dwellings. Supply and installation of floor coverings to domestic dwelling including carpeting and vinyl, screening and sealing. Installation of free issue UPVC windows and composite doors including fire doors. Installation of fitted kitchens to domestic dwellings. Carry out repairs and renewals to roofs on domestic dwellings. Installation and renewal of central heating systems in domestic dwellings including gas, electric, oil, renewables. General building work to domestic dwelling including bricklaying internal and external and plastering.
