HealthTrust Europe LLP (HTE) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Consultancy Services across a range of Lots to enable the procurement of consultancy expertise across the following distinct categories: Lot 1: Business Services. Lot 2: Financial Services. Lot 3: ICT Services. Lot 4: Infrastructure. Lot 5: Research and Development. Lot 6: Combined Services (Combined Lot 1-5). HTE seeks to engage the market to ensure that any future framework agreement best represents the customer and provider expectations. This PIN therefore seeks to invite all providers to engage with HTE in order to establish an increased market understanding to assist in the creation of a suitable strategy to produce a multi-supplier framework agreement for the supply of Consultancy Services. Any economic operators who wish to take part in this pre-market engagement are invited to express their interest by providing contact details for an individual within the organisation who is able to complete a survey. All responses to the web based survey (Survey Monkey) will be collated and will be used to inform the structure of the upcoming tender. Please provide appropriate contact details to enable HTE to distribute the web based survey. Please complete the following steps: 1. Log in on the Bravo Portal and express an interest in the project — Consultancy Services 2016. 2. Complete the elements set out in the PQQ section provided, regarding your organisation's contact details. 3. Please ensure you save and submit your response before logging out. (*** Note: We are utilising the PQQ to obtain your contact details for the purpose of distributing Survey Monkey only. This PQQ will Not form any part of the Tender process.) 4. If you require assistance, please contact the Bravo Helpdesk on 08003684850. The deadline for expressing an interest and providing contact details via the Bravo questionnaire is Friday 19.8.2016. Within 3 weeks of that deadline, the contact you have provided will receive the instructions for completing the survey on Survey Monkey along with the deadline for completion.
