Tender description

The purpose of this process is the re-procurement of an existing outsourced Hard FM Service to improve quality of service provided and reduce costs. The Operation and Maintenance of all aspects of the Facilities, including Estates and Engineering Plant, Buildings and Equipment. This service shall include a fully planned and reactive maintenance service: Statutory and Mandatory tests and inspections and related duties. Note that the Authority has engaged Tenwell Finance Ltd, t/a Ecovate to undertake the management of the procurement process and potentially the project management of the subsequent processes for and on behalf of the Authority.
