Tender description

Cleaning of Bins, Bin Chutes and bin holding areas in residential areas. Fife Council has buildings which have communal bin areas and waste disposal chutes and requires a contractor to clean and maintain them twice per annum. There are 38 localities which require these services with a total of 43 chutes and 50 bins, which require to be cleaned and sanitised, chute door runners greased on each floor, blockages cleared and any defects reported. There are also 2 localities which have no chutes but the bins require cleaned and sanitised 4 times per annum.
