Tender description
Plassey Campus Developments Ltd (the ‘Authority’) wish to appoint a design team for a New Student Centre Development. The following design team services are required: — Lot 1: Architect including PSDP, Fire Safety Design, Façade Design and Acoustics; — Lot 2: Project Manager; — Lot 3: Civil / Structural Engineer; — Lot 4: Mechanical and Electrical Engineer; — Lot 5: Quantity Surveyor; — Lot 6: Landscape Architect.
