Gleeson Strategic Land hold an agreement with the freeholders Keevil Trust for land at the Northern Arc Strategic area, Burgess Hill. HCA wishes to purchase the Keevil freehold land (north and south land parcels), Burgess Hill, Mid Sussex. HCA are led to believe Keevil’s ownership extends to an area of approximately 40 ha. Cushman to support HCA with the agreement of heads of terms, franking report and advice. This will include: 1. Identify a lead contact and maintain this throughout the commission; 2. Agree upfront a robust programme for purchase of the land; 3. Generate Heads of Terms and provide negotiation support to the HCA in concluding any Purchase Agreement with Gleeson Strategic Land/Keevil, working in partnership with HCA’s appointed solicitors, Pinsent Masons (contact David Meecham); 4. Provide all necessary pre-purchase and franking valuations/Red Book; 5. Provide information, as requested by the HCA, in order to prepare papers and reports; 6. Attend key project/legal team meetings as required.
