The Provision of a Catering Contractor at the British Musical Fireworks Championship 2016

Sefton Council’s Tourism Section is responsible for arranging events for the Southport area which includes the British Musical Fireworks Championship each year. This is a hugely popular event that is well attended. Sefton Council is looking for a suitable Catering Contractor who can provide at least 6 catering units at the British Musical Fireworks Championship. These units should cater for the following: • Coffee/Tea and other hot beverages • Cold Beverages (non alcoholic) • Candy Floss and Sweets • Hot Food - Hot Dogs, Burgers, Fish & Chips etc. Sales at each location are to be conducted from a mobile vehicle, the design and type of which must meet with the Council’s approval. Bidders must have the finance available and be in a position to take up the Concession Agreement if such is offered by the Council. Any bidder not complying with this requirement may prejudice his right to be considered for a concession in future years. Keywords: Catering
