West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority (“the Authority”) is conducting this mini-competition ‘procedure for the purpose of comparison between Frameworks. The invited bid is to be in accordance with the requirements of the above Framework. Goods: As listed in Schedule One (1) Pricing & Product List included in this contract. Services: Supply of Goods as per the above Framework Specification. Location/s: Details of all West Midlands Fire & Rescue Authority location addresses can be viewed at the following link: Scope of Quotation • Asks Tenderers to submit their Tenders in accordance with the instructions set out in this ITT. • Sets out the overall timetable and process for the procurement. • Provides Tenderers with sufficient information to enable them to submit a compliant tender (including providing templates for Tenderer responses where relevant). • Sets out the award criteria and the method of evaluation that will be used to evaluate Tenders. • Explains the Authority’s administrative arrangements for the receipt of Tenders.
